Sushanta Kumar Mishra is Professor of Management and the Chairperson of the Ph D programme at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore, in India. His research focuses on individual behaviour in organisations and has been published in several leading journals including Human Resource Management and the Journal of World Business.
Arup Varma is Professor of Management at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, in the USA. His research focuses on performance appraisal and expatriate adjustment issues. A co-editor of five books, he has published widely in leading journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Applied Psychology, and Human Resource Management Review.
