Father Anderson earned his Doctor of Ministry Degree from Saint Mary’ Seminary and University, Baltimore, Maryland, and his Doctorate in Sacred Theology from Duquesne University, Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. He is a presbyter of the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston.
