Dr. Stephanie Kelly (Ph D, The University of Tennessee) currently serves as a professor in the Department of Business Information Systems and Analytics at North Carolina A&T State University (A&T). Dr. Kelly has taught a variety of courses at A&T related to data and communication, including business communication, organizational communication, computer-mediated communication, research methods, micro computer applications, and foundations of business analytics. Dr. Kelly has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles in journals such as International Journal of Business Communication, Business and Professional Communication Quarterly, Management Communication Quarterly, and International Journal of Conflict Management. She has also edited three prior books: Computer-Mediated Communication for Business: Theory to Practice, Applied and Therapeutic Cases in Health and Humor, and Online Instructional Communication.
