Mike Hinchey, Ph D, is a Professor and former Director of Lero – the Irish Software Research Centre at the University of Limerick, Ireland. Dr. Hinchey is also the President of the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP), a former column editor for Software Technologies (IEEE Computer Magazine), and a senior member of the IEEE. He is the author of more than 200 papers, and has written multiple books.
