Stephen G Lipson, is an emeritus professor of physics and electro-optics at Technion and Ort Braude College. He received his Ph D from the University of Cambridge and has been at Technion since 1966. He is a co-author of the textbook Optical Physics (Cambridge University Press, 4th edition 2011), together with his son Ariel Lipson and father Henry Lipson, and An Introduction to Optical Stellar Interferometry (C.U.P. 2006), together with Peter Nisenson and Antoine Labeyrie.
