Kandice L. Grossman, Ph D Candidate, is a teaching assistant and doctoral student in sociology at the University of Missouri. She earned her master’s degree from University of Manchester, UK (2000), in women and gender studies with a focus on feminist research methodologies. She is a visiting professor of gender and sexuality studies and sociology at Stephens College and Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri, and has more than 18 years of teaching experience.
