About the author
is Assistant Professor and Associate Dean in the Faculty of Agro-Industry at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang in Thailand. He teaches quality control of food products, food processing, design of experiments and model building. His research interests include postharvest and food preservation technology using chitosan as an edible coating to increase shelf life and quality and control of diseases of tangerines and mangoes.
