Bill Woodward is chairman of the Electronics Technicians
Association and the senior electrical engineer at WR Systems in
Norfolk, Virginia. Bill is also the committee chairman for the
ETA-I fiber optic installer (FOI), fiber optic technician (FOT),
fiber optic designer (FOD), and data cabling installer (DCIC)
certification programs.
Emile B. Husson has spent 15 years as a multimedia
training specialist in the fields of electronics, communications,
