Bin Yang is the Professor in the National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Micro/Nano Fabrication, Department of Micro/Nano Electronics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China. His research interests include micro/nano energy harvesting and piezoelectric actuators and sensors.
Zhiran Yi is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Systems and Vibration, School of Mechanical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests include MEMS/NEMS, piezoelectric energy harvesting, self-powered devices for WSN and IOT, and wearable or implantable sensors for healthcare monitoring.
Chengkuo Lee is the Global Foundries Chair Professor in Engineering in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National University of Singapore.
