Little Joey finds out about a snowman contest and enters it right away.
The winner is to receive 50 dollars for the best snowman. Joey
practiced hard at making different types of snowmen. Unknown to Joey he
received a special kind of help with his snowman. The help comes from a
tiny snowflake that feels he is too little to do anything. The Itty
Bitty Snowflake doesn’t know how special he is and what a difference he
makes for Joey until after the contest.

Carrie was born in a small town in Southeastern Kentucky in 1954. She
grew up in poverty until the age of 12. During this time she did not
know how poor she was until she attended school.
Her family moved to Michigan where she met her husband and became a
mother. Being a mother was the most important role in her life. She
would make up stories and poems for her children. Carrie feels her life,
family, and children have been her most inspiration for writing.
After her children grew up, she started putting her thoughts on paper.
Her love for poetry and children stories poured out on the paper that
had been in her heart for years. Some of Carrie’s poetry has been
published.
Last year she self published her first children’s story, The Magical
Kisses and Hugs Tree. Itty Bitty Snowflake is her second book.
