Dána-Ain Davis is professor of urban studies and anthropology at Queens College and Graduate Center, City University of New York, and directs the Center for the Study of Women and Society at the Graduate Center. Christa Craven is a professor of anthropology and women’s, gender, and sexuality studies at the College of Wooster, and currently serves as Dean for Faculty Development.
