DR. DINYAR M. PESTONJEE is Professor in Organisational Behaviour at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He took his M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology from A.M.U., Aligarh and has over twenty years of teaching experience. He is member of various national and international organisations on sociology and psychology. He has provided training, conducted studies and worked as consultant to many institutions for effective management. Dr. Pestonjee has published over eighty research papers in Indian and foreign professional journals. He is the author of two books: Organisational Structure and Job Attitudes (1973) and Behaviour Process in Organisation (1981). The books under preparation are: “Motivation and Job Satisfaction” and “Industrial and Organisational Psychology”.
