Heidi L. Everett is an associate professor of strategic communications and journalism at St. Cloud State University. In addition to teaching, she has more than 20 years leading on-site and virtual teams in award-winning marketing and communications. Heidi is co-author of a Wall Street Journal bestseller on guiding principles for business as well as the author of several articles that have appeared in research and trade journals and business magazines. She has a Ph D in technical communication from Texas Tech University.
