Dr. Hemlata Singh born on 21 November 1965 did her M.Sc. (Physics) in 1988 from BRA Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, and was awarded the degree of Ph.D. in Physics in the year 2007 on ‘Electrical and Thermodynamical Properties of Metals from Pseudo Potential Theory”. Presently she is teaching at Chitragupta Government School at Saharsa (Bihar) and has maintained her keen academic pursuit with recent published book Nuclear Power and Politics of South Asia – New Disclosures and participation in several seminars along with about 6 papers published so far to her credit in various disciplines.
