include Human Geography (Blackwell, 1996), The United
States in the World Economy, and The Geography of the World
Economy.
Katharyne Mitchell is Associate Professor at the
University of Washington.
Gerard Toal (Gearóid Ó Tuathail) is Professor
of Geography at Virginia Tech in Northern Virginia. His books
include Critical Geopolitics and The Geopolitics
Reader.
