Wenjing Lou holds a BE and M.Eng in Computer Science and Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, P.R.China, a M.A.Sc in Computer Communications from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a Ph D in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.
