Stephen R. Campbell, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of
Education, co-Director of the David Wheeler Institute for Research
in Mathematics Education, and Director of the Educational
Neuroscience Laboratory, a.k.a., the ENGRAMMETRON, at Simon Fraser
