Neurology is a rapid expanding science full of signs, symptoms, syndromes, and diseases. If we randomly select a page of a neurology reference book, we will see that it is replete with inordinate number of new expressions which we have not heard prior. In the neurological field, differential diagnoses are extremely wider than any other medical field, and as a result, saving all of them to the mind seems to be impracticable.
