Tracy Harkison (Ph D) is Associate Professor in School of Hospitality and Tourism, Auckland University of Technology. Her research focuses on the luxury accommodation experience, co-creation, hospitality for good, and hospitality education. Tracy is one of the Managing Editors of the Hospitality and Society Journal and Associate Editor for the Hospitality Insights journal.
