Morenike Oluwatoyin Folayan is a Professor of Paediatric Dentistry with Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. She has conducted extensive research on child dental anxiety, early childhood caries and developmental hard dental tissue anomalies. She also works as a community bioethicist promoting community engagement in research, and facilitating access of populations to ethically designed and culturally appropriate biomedical HIV prevention technologies. She is a prolific researcher with over 170 publications in peer-reviewed journals to her credit.
