Nathan Tierney is a best-selling author, artist, Veteran and most importantly a father who wants to share some humor and history of life in the military through stories and comics. Nathan began his military career as a U.S. Navy Rescue Swimmer in where he was awarded our nation”s highest peacetime medal for heroism for an at sea rescue. After five-years of distinguished service in the Navy, he was selected for transfer and served 15 years as a Warrant Officer in the Army, where his exceptional motivation and integrity propelled him to excellence as an Apache helicopter instructor pilot and later as a member of Special Operations. Nathan retired from the military and now lives happily with his wife and two children in Texas.
