With the world today on the brink of nuclear war- and Japan again in the nuclear firing line – award-winning author Paul Hamdescribes what happened last time an atomic bomb fell on two cities. The atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki killed more than 100, 000 instantly, mostly women, children and the elderly.
