Karen Edge is Pro Vice Provost (International) at UCL andReader in Educational Leadership at UCL Institute of Education, London. Karen was Principal Investigator of the ESRC-funded Global City School Leaders Project examining Generation X leaders” careers and aspirations in London, New York and Toronto. Karen works globally with schools and organisations to explore leadership, talent spotting, retention and system change. In 2015, Karen was recognised with the UCL Institute of Education Director”s Prize for Public Engagement.
