Bill is a “Third Culture Person” who was born in Costa Rica and lived for 30 years in Latin America. A has a Ph D in Latin American studies from the University of Texas, Austin. A former Texas staff of lnter Varsity Christian Fellowship, Bill served for 17 years with CAM International in leadership development at the Seminario Teológico Centro­americano in Guatemala. He and his wife were also on a church planting team in Guatemala.Based in Austin, Texas, Bill served the global missions force through WEF in missiological concerns, developing national missionary movements, missionary training, strategic research, and publications. Bill’s passions are to finish well and to do all that he can to pack heaven with worshipers.
