Tengiz Magradze, Ph D, is an electrical design advisor for WINDTHINK, head of power transmission lines projects with “Georgian State Electrosystem, ” and an adjunct professor of Electrical/Power Engineering/Management at Ballsbridge University, Dominica. He has published 14 journal articles and one book and is an editorial board member for a number of academic journals.
