Forced to obey his commander’s orders, Dax follows the path his fellow Ancient Roman cavalry soldiers took only to be whisked through time. Jack didn’t believe in the gods or fate, and yet when his friends received their Romans he wasn’t surprised to discover Dax while out driving. The Roman isn’t shy, and he’s enthusiastic about discovering all the joys this time has in store. His Roman certainly tempts him, and perhaps, in time, he’ll even believe that it truly was fate.
