About the author

Beata Glinka is a full professor of management at the University of Warsaw. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship and organization theory, with a special interest in migrant entrepreneurship.
Jörg Freiling is full professor of small business and entrepreneurship and holds the LEMEX Chair at University of Bremen. He focuses his research on transnational and migrant entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial support systems and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
