About the author
Cathy Mahalik is married and the mother of three children. She is a Cosmetologist by training and lives in Southern New Jersey. When she is not working, Cathy enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs. She likes to read and for a number of years, she along with other of her family members have been involved in church, drama.
To refine her skills in writing, Cathy worked to become a graduate of The Institute of Children’s Literature. She has also completed coursework in art at the Camden County College.
