Ahmed Naciri Ph D and CPA, is Currently professor at the School of Business at UQAM; He is also collaborating with Maryland university, Mc Gill, and ESSEC-Paris, etc. Former Chairman of the Accountancy Department at the UQAM and the founding Chair of the International Centre for Governance, Mr. Naciri is internationally recognized for his work on governance and constantly consulted by foreign governments on the subject to which he devoted four books, two of them with Routledge published as well as sixty research papers in first class international journals. This earned him the Award of Excellence from the Canadian Association of Administrative Sciences and a Fellow from the CPA Association. Over the years he developed an extensive international academic and business network.
