This textbook is intended for undergraduate students in criminology, sociology, social justice and related disciplines. It is an integrated criminology/criminal justice textbook that presents critical perspectives on issues in the criminal justice system, while also providing an overview of key theoretical ideas in criminology, key research processes, and patterns and trends in crime in the Canadian context.
