Andrea Vicini was born in 1969, in Rome, received a degree in Political Science (1998) with major emphasis in Macroeconomics Policy and Theory from Sapienza University of Rome. He contributed to Research Projects analysing the Dual Technology and geopolitical strategy of the conversion of military industry, in (CESPI) in Rome, and at the same time, he served as assistant professor in Sapienza University for three years. He completed his studies in Washington D. C. following lectures and seminars in: Georgetown University, World Bank and IMF; in 2002 he obtained a MBA with honours, from the University Consortium For. Com in Rome. In 2015, he obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from the Swiss Management Center University (SMCU), developing a research project about technology, innovations and employment. He is member of the www.academia.edu, a platform for academics to share research papers and accelerate the world's research. Currently Andrea is a middle manager in an industrial company; he developed a relevant professional experience working in international and domestic companies, in internal auditing, compliance sector, risk management and finance control, obtaining an appropriate professional certification as Control Risk Self-Assessment (CRSA). He is member of the Italian Association of Internal Auditors and chartered Master in Business Administration recognized (AIMBA), where he participate regularly to meeting, seminars and debates, on the economic and managerial questions.
