He is also Executive Council Member of the Indian Institute of Public Administration at New Delhi. Keya Sengupta is Professor of Economics at Assam University, Silchar. She is currently Dean of the School of Social Sciences in the University. B. Datta Ray is Secretary, North East India Council for Social Science Research and has pioneered outstanding works which have been nationally and internationally acclaimed.
