From the Womb of Gentleness arose this collection of my poems and beautiful illustrations created by children’s book illustrator, Yuanhui Chen.

If life feels extra intense for you right now, we gently encourage you to read this book like you are being invited to the warmth of the womb from the outside.

When you are ready to be more open to the healing gift of Gentleness, we gently invite you to imagine stepping into this womb and allow it to nurture you more. Some of the poems and illustrations here might help connect you more deeply with your unique life experiences, fears, thoughts, and feelings that want to unwind even more. Give yourself the time and space to process these.
