Carmen Miller has her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked in schools both in New Zealand and in the Middle East. She believes that learning and exploration should be found in every aspect of our days, and most importantly it should be fun!!
Her philosophy as a teacher focuses on all children having their voices heard, learning though play and feeling a strong sense of belonging. Children need to feel safe, loved and empowered as a solid base for their learning journey to build its foundations.
This philosophy is carried into her writing. She is passionate and knowledgeable, and understands the complexities of families and children growing up in our ever-changing world.
