Charles Graves (1856-1944) was a British satirical writer and historian, most famous for his books ‚Mr. Punch’s History of Modern England‘ and ‚Mr. Punch’s History of the Great War.‘ His other notable works are ‚The Life Letters of Sir George Grove‘ and ‚The Hawarden Horace.‘
