Students can use the book for self-teaching with the answers containing follow up references. Many of the authors and Illustrators are high-school students who are members of the Neuroscience Sensory Unit founded by Dr. Pidgeon. The breadth of questions in the book enables students to achieve a broad understanding of the science of Hearing and Balance. Topics in the book include neuroscience, Auditory sound behavior, physical phenomena when sound impacts human skin and many more. A teachers‘ manual is in preparation. The teachers‘ manual contains test or exam questions or homework questions.
