Ricardo and Juju Rodrigues are the creators of Kids Body Connection Program (KBC). Their aspirations to teach their own three children at an early age on how the body works and use it consciously with correct form was a mutual desire. Ricardo’s proprietary method ( the Beginner’s Mind Method) was incorporated into a short but effective program to be used daily. The program core values are : Education- we must learn about the body and how it works, Simple – easy to teach and easy to learn, Timeless – It will not go out of style, Fun – It makes us laugh by moving the body in multi-directional ways. KBC is a golden opportunity for children to learn at a young age about the body, how it works, communicates and feels inside. With consistent practice, focus and self-control increases, allowing the ability to use the body as a tool by demand and choice in many daily life activities. Join Ricardo and Juju on this movement.
