Life, like the colors in the book’s title, can be black, white, pink, or grey, depending on our perception. These poems are not just words on a page but a profound journey that allows you, the reader, to experience the full spectrum of human emotions deeply. Poet Kathleen Ho’s verses will make you weep with heartbroken stories about loss and pain and then fill you with indescribable joy with poems full of vitality and the most sacred and beautiful things in life.
Similar to a complete day, which must have both light and darkness, to live a full and well-lived life, we must experience sadness to appreciate the beauty of happiness and success. Through her compelling poems, Kathleen aims to help you live life to the fullest. She invites you to reflect on your life experience, delves deep inside to feel your emotions, and provokes introspection, making you feel thoughtful and contemplative about life and others around you.
