Kaye (Charles) Persoons is an Australian author who lives with her husband, John Persoons, on cattle property near Berwick, Victoria. She has three married children and six grandchildren all close by. After a real estate career spanning thirty years, Kaye retired from Kaye Charles Real Estate five years ago. “Children Down Under” is another of Kaye’s poems for young children.
