This book, ‚Corvette: 1963 to 1967‘ reveals many events in the manufacture of the 1963 – 1967 Corvette that the author took from his personal files. The author presents his experience working in the Chevrolet St. Louis Assembly Plant and as a liaison engineer between Chevrolet St. Louis and the Dow Smith Assembly Plant in Ionia, Michigan where the Corvette bodies were outsourced.

The author presents his personal experience working in the Chevrolet St. Louis Assembly Plant and as liaison between Chevrolet St. Louis and Dow Smith inc. in Ionia, Michigan, where the Corvette bodies were outsourced.
The author received his B.S. Degree in Mathematics from Western Illinois University, Macomb, Illinois. He completed courses in Industrial Arts qualifying him for a double major.
The author was first a high school mathematics teacher then worked in the auto industry for four decades beginning with the Chevrolet Division of General Motors. His work history included Chrysler Corporation, Ford Motor Company and many smaller businesses including Firestone, General Dynamics and Massey Ferguson.
He was nominated by his peers and elected a Fellow in the American Society for Quality.
The automotive industry afforded this author the opportunity to become involved with the manufacturing processes used to produce most, if not all, components used in the assembly of automobiles.
