Marta Cartabia es profesora ordinaria de Derecho Constitucional Italiano y Europeo en Universidad Bocconi de Mián. Fue ministra de Justicia de la República Italiana y jueza de la Corte Constitucional en 2011. Fue elegida viceoresidenta del Tribunal en 2014 y resultó ser la primera presidente mujer de dicha corte en 2019. Es autora de Giustizia e mito: con Edipo, Antigone e Creonte (con L. Violante, 2018); Cooperazione e mutualitá: la Costituzione como storia di popolo (2019); The Contitution of Italy: A Contextual Analysis (Constitutional Systems of the World) (con N. Lupo, 2022), entre otras publicaciones. Adolfo Ceretti es profesor ordinario de Criminologia en la Universitá degil studi di Milano-Bicoc-ca, secretario general del Centro Nazionale de Prevención y Defensa Social, y coordinador científico del Centro para la justicia reparativa y para la mediacion del municipio de Milán. Entre sus publicaciones se encuentran El horizonte artificial. Problemas espistemológicos de la criminología (2008); Cosmologías violentas. Itinerarios criminológicos (con Lorenzo Natali, 2015); Il libro dell`incontro. Vittime e responsabiliti della lotta armata a confronto (con G. Bertagna y C. Mazzucato, 2015); lo volevo ucciderla.
