This is the fourteenth volume of the hard-copy edition of a journal that has been published online (www.jgrchj.net) since 2000. As they appear, the hard-copy editions replace the online materials. The scope of JGRCh J is the texts, language and cultures of the Greco-Roman world of early Christianity and Judaism. The papers published in JGRCh J are designed to pay special attention to the larger picture of politics, culture, religion and language, engaging as well with modern theoretical approaches.
Über den Autor
Wendy J. Porter is professor of music and worship at Mc Master Divinity College, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, where she teaches ministry studies and leads MDC Chapels. Porter has written numerous worship songs and recorded three highly acclaimed albums. She has authored New Testament Greek Papyri and Parchments (with Stanley E. Porter) (2008), Early English Composers and the Credo (2022), and Music, Worship, and Interpretation (Wipf & Stock, 2024), and co-edited The Arts and the Bible (Wipf & Stock, 2024).
