Will she find that life? With the help of a devoted group of people and their passion to help as many of these sweet dogs as possible, Cutie and her family find that love is very powerful and can change fear to peace.

The mother of 2 human children, two chihuahuas and Cutie, the inspiration for this story, Nancy Byrne has always wanted to write children’s books. Adopting Cutie changed Nancy’s life and deepened her love for dogs and desire to help animals in need. Nancy was instrumental in starting Safe Now Animal Rescue and she remains an integral part of the rescue to this day.
With Cutie as the focus of her first book, Nancy hopes to write future stories about other rescued dogs.
