Reginald John Campbell (1867–1956) was born in London, the son of a Methodist minister of Scottish descent. He was a British Congregationalist divine and the minister of the City Temple of London—his Nonconformist views earned him wide attention. He joined the Anglican Church in 1916, an odyssey he chronicled in A Spiritual Pilgrimage (1916).
