Arceli H. Rosario, Ph D, is a professor and chair of the Education Department of the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS) in the Philippines. She has taught and served as an education leader at the secondary, undergraduate, and graduate levels. At AIIAS, she teaches courses in TESOL and educational administration and advises theses and dissertations in both areas. She is also the president of the Asian Qualitative Research Association. She has conducted research studies on women leaders, leadership, Adventist church membership, and issues of marginalized groups and used different qualitative research designs. As part of her advocacy, she devotes time mentoring early career researchers.
