Scott Hill has an extensive background in condominium management and security, with a career span of over three decades. He served as a condominium manager from 2003 to 2017, gaining firsthand experience in the day-to-day operations and security needs of residential properties.
Scott obtained his Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation in 2012, enhancing his professional credentials and expertise in managing condominium properties effectively. In 2015, he achieved the Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification, a designation that recognizes his advanced knowledge and skills in threat assessment, integrated physical security systems, and the appropriate application of security measures. Further solidifying his expertise, Scott earned the Certified Professional (CPP) designation in 2022, which is the gold standard for security management professionals worldwide. The CPP certification signifies his mastery in security management, including planning, implementation, and management of security programs.
Throughout his career, Scott has conducted over 50 security audits for condominiums and residential buildings across Ontario, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the safety and security of residential communities.
