It looked at the concept of arts in early childhood education. It also discussed visual and performing arts as two forms of arts appropriate for early childhood education according to Laishram, 2007. It went further to discuss some importance of the arts in early childhood education. It again discussed the non-exhaustive problems associated with arts in early childhood education. Finally, the paper presented effective ways to remedy the problems associated with the arts in early childhood education.
