From Ethnic Conflict to Stillborn Reform is the first complete treatment of the major post-communist conflicts in both the former Yugoslavia Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, and Serbiaand the former Soviet Union Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Tajikistan.
