Sun Tzu lived 2, 500 years ago, in Northern China. He is believed to have been a brilliant military strategist in the warring states period, and his famous book The Art of War recorded his ideas on military tactics and winning battles. While little is known about the man himself, his work continues to influence both Asian and Western culture and politics.
Tom Butler-Bowdon is the author of five bestselling books on classic self-help and motivational writing. He has been described by USA Today as ‚a true scholar of this type of literature‘.
