As a child, Tomas Greenwood became interested in martial arts through the movies of Bruce Lee. Although exposed as a youth, it was not until later in his life that he began training. Thomas began his studies (both academic and martial) at Indiana University and began to explore the many arts offered through the Indiana University Martial Arts Program. This book is the product of that education. Thomas continues to train as a student as well as teach. Thomas has helped to establish a dojo, allowing the traditions of many of the masters, past and present, to continue.
